And some more Cocktail Ideas for New Year's Day

One of our new hires, Max, is a talented bartender so we asked him for some recipes to make your New Year's Day a bit more cheerful. Here's what he came up with!
"The Price of Tea in Tennessee"
A Chinese riff on classic southern bourbon and iced tea drinks.
2 oz Chattanooga Whiskey
1 oz Cheongsam Smoky Mist Tea Liqueur
Splash of fresh lemon juice to taste
Combine and stir all ingredients together with ice then strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Optional: Top with soda water to taste (more soda = less boozy taste). Garnish with a lemon or Chinese yuzu if available to you.
GG Marg
A classic margarita made with Green Grocer's finest curated spirits.
2 oz Libélula Joven Tequila
1.5 oz Cardinal Spirits Valencia Triple Sec
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 slice lime
Twisted Alchemy Original Salt
Rub lime wedge around the edge of a glass to moisten the rim. Lightly dip rim into salt around the entire rim. Fill the glass with ice until ready to serve.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add tequila, triple sec and lime juice. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into prepared glass and garnish with a lime slice.
Grand Avenue Manhattan
An homage to the legacy of Grand Ave and it's infamous history.
2 oz Blaum Bros Rye Whiskey
1 oz Ransom Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Bitter Housewife Old Fashioned Aromatic Bitters
1 dash Bitter Housewife Orange Bitters
Cellar Door Cocktail Cherries
Mix rye, vermouth, and both bitters in a glass with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with cherry.
Cheers!
